Patch Component for CB 1.0.2 Stable to Work With JACLPlus &
Patch Component for CB 1.0.2 Stable to Work With MACLPlus. 
You can ignore this patch if you allow your CB plugins to be accessed by all users (all your CB plugins' access level are set to "Public") and did not create user groups under "Public Backend" tree.
This patch fix edit user problem when the user is below to group that under "Public Backend" tree.
Instructions
IMPORTANT: Make sure you have installed or upgraded to CB 1.0.2 Stable before install this package.
For upgrading, please follow CB instructions to upgrade your CB first before follow below steps.
1) Install the package file as a component.
2) Uninstall the patch component after complete.
