MACLPlus Pro Component for Mambo 4.6.1

This Pro version of MACLPlus requires Zend Optimizer which is one of the most popular PHP plugins for performance-improvent, and has been freely available since the early days of PHP 4. The script will be obsoleted on 31/1/2007 for security reasons and you can get FREE new replacement of the same version if you are/were our chartered members. This Pro version of MACLPlus is specially for ByOSTech Chartered Members ONLY. Encoded files must be uploaded as binary files.
This release come with 2 type of packages:
1) Full New Installation Package for new installation in Mambo 4.6.1.
2) Patch Files Ugrading Package for those whom want to
upgrade their Mambo with MACLPlus 4.5.4 by manually do the upgrading (MUST HAVE installed MACLPlus v4.5.4 in Mambo 4.5.4 Stable).
What's new in this version?
1) Switch to support Mambo 4.6.1 Stable.
2) Enhance component security.
3) Fix some minor installation and caching bugs.
4) + Enable to Automatically Create new Access Level when create new User Group.
5) + Frontend Content Items Manager to list user editable content items thru one menu button. 
6) + Able to Edit Section and/or Category through Frontend Content Items Manager.
7) + Advanced User Manager to manage user ACL and user sub groups.
Pro Version Features:
1) Based on MACLPlus 4.5.4 with some new improvements.
2) Contain All Features that MACLPlus 4.5.4 have.
3) + Support Multiple User Groups per User.
4) + Support User Level ACL feature to complement User Group ACL feature.
