Problem transferring website from Linux to Windows 1 Year, 6 Months ago

Hi all,
I have a JACL Plus Pro site running without any problems on a linux environment.
I now tried to transfer this site to my Windows desktop running XAMPP 1.7.0.
Zend Optimiser is installed.
But when I login into the backend and go to Components > JACLPlus > User Group Manager I just get a screen full of rubbish (see attachment).

Any suggestions what could be wrong here?

Transferring form one Linux machine to another is not that different from transferring between Windows or Mac computers. The biggest difference is that, because Linux is open source, you will not need to locate your original installation disks for most programs due to the fact that they can be downloaded onto the new system once you've transferred your data. This can make the transition between Linux machines very easy. Most transfers simply involve moving personal data from one system to the other because emails, address books, and even favorite websites are commonly stored on Internet servers that are accessed through online accounts.
