Cannot Access Admin Panel after Install of 1.5.15 2 Years, 1 Month ago

I have purchased a 'voluntary' charter membership to this site specifically so I can access the JACLPLUS component.

After installing it, which was 'successful', I can not reach my admin panel. Ok bugs happen no problem. But after reading this forums and seeing that people have been having this problem for years, its pretty disturbing and I am sad that I didn't take the time to research this before I bought.

Too bad. I asked for support, hopefully I receive it. If not, I will file a complaint through Paypal, and be sure to visit every Joomla site I can and let people know not to bother with this product.

This has by far been one of the worse experiences with any 'pay to play' Joomla addon I have ever had. Not only did their crappy directions not fully explain everything to do and break my site, but when I asked for a refund, they tried to tell me I was not charged anything (when I was else how would I have access...) made me go through days of back and forth with them and then when escalated, of course useless paypal doesn't support anything for virtual goods (which these jerks obviously know) so I am out $38 bucks and a bunch of time to redo my site.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS CRAP! I hope the $38 was worth it to these guys because I am making it part of my 2010 resolution to make sure everyone in the Joomla Community knows how crappy this site and their products really are.

No wonder they were taken out of the Joomla Ext. community.
