The JACL patch for DOCman 1.4RC2 patches 4 DOCman files (JACL uses dev 561 of these files).
However, due to several bugs the developer of DOCman had to fix a number of files, amongst others 3 of the 4 files JACL used for the patch.

Most recent release of DOCman 1.4RC2 is build 211: http://joomlacode.org/gf/project/docman/frs/.
The JACL patch does not work using build 211 of DOCman.

The patched files (JACL used dev 561):
DOCMAN_utils.class.php (most recent: dev 638)
DOCMAN_user.class.php (most recent: dev 631)
DOCMAN_tree.class.php (most recent: dev 561)
DOCMAN_html.class.php (most recent: dev 631)

Someone capable of making an update of the JACL patch using the info above?

See my other post on the first release of the JACL patch for DOCman 1.4RC2.

Files used for the most recent patch (released on March 14) are not the most actual ones (used in DOCman 1.4RC2 build 211).

After applying the patch I still get some errors in DOCman main component (Lister Module does not work also):
Fatal error: Call to undefined method DOCMAN_users::get() in /administrator/components/com_docman/classes/DOCMAN_model.class.php on line 273

Someone capable of fixing the fixed version of the JACL patch?
